Dr. Jacqueline Toner is a retired clinical psychologist who for over thirty years practiced in the Greater Baltimore area. She is the author of a popular book series for children that addresses issues such as jealousy, fear, shyness, and coping with an ever-changing world. She obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia followed by an internship in Pediatric Psychology and a Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical School.
