Iona Hadinoto graduated from Tufts University in May 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and French. She is passionate about writing, reading, and learning new things. When she's not editing, you can find her listening to Taylor Swift, rereading Sally Rooney books, or strolling in the park! Iona served as the Editor of The Hodge Podge of Health, published in the fall of 2023.

Ashley Mui, Associate Publisher

Ashley Mui is a rising junior at New York University pursuing a BA in Global Public Health and Sociology with a minor in Bioethics. She has previously performed research as part of NYU’s Emerging Leaders Program. She assessed risk factors for respiratory health in NYC’s low-income communities and engineered a particulate matter filtration design for the NYC MTA. She is interested in the sociocultural factors affecting healthcare access, particularly amongst underserved communities. Ashley is currently serving as Editor of our newest book on the mental healthcare system.

Elissa Steil, Associate Publisher

Elissa Steil attends the College of William & Mary as a candidate for a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a special focus in Science Communication, She is an accomplished writer and editor and has worked in healthcare as a medical assistant and in education as an after school teacher and mentor. As Editor, Elissa skillfully managed the writing and research staff to complete our book on telemedicine.

McKenna Fridye, Associate Publisher

McKenna Fridye graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelors of Arts in English. She is a superb writer and editor and has a strong passion for sharing stories and information with her audiences. She was the Editor of our book on public health.

Rachel Schaller, Senior Editor

Rachel Schaller holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Classical Studies from Hope College. She also earned a Master's degree in Children's Literature from Kansas State University. She has eight years of experience in various office administrative roles and a budding career in publishing. Her favorite publishing categories are children's publishing and comics. She especially loves nonfiction children's publishing and the Graphic Medicine movement. She is passionate about producing content that informs and empowers readers.
