Bob Kieserman, Founder

Bob Kieserman is an author, editor, and publisher of books, professional journals, and articles. Under the imprints of Therapy Books, MedFocus Publishing and Research, Patient Press, and now Somerset Publishing, he has brought information and education to a diverse audience including rehab therapists, healthcare providers, library directors and managers, human resources directors and their employees, an international patient population, and the general reading public. Bob has also dedicated his publishing work to featuring the creative talents of young professionals, giving them platforms to research and write for his many publishing projects, helping to launch many successful careers.
Samantha Frey, Executive Publisher

Samantha Frey is a talented writer, editor, and publisher. Sam earned her degree in Professional Writing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and holds an Associate's in Liberal Arts from Reading Area Community College. As a passionate reader and self-published author, she shares her love of stories through her career in publishing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and exploring the paranormal as a novice ghost hunter. Sam oversees the operation of our Patient Press imprint and our new Somerset Publishing imprint.
Rachel Schaller, Children's Book Editor

Rachel Schaller holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Classical Studies from Hope College. She also earned a Master's degree in Children's Literature from Kansas State University. She has eight years of experience in various office administrative roles and a budding career in publishing. Her favorite publishing categories are children's publishing and comics. She especially loves nonfiction children's publishing and the Graphic Medicine movement. She is passionate about producing content that informs and empowers readers.
Dr. Kinjal Nayak, Executive Editor,
Journal of Medical Sociology and Public Health

Dr. Kinjal Nayak is a dentist and epidemiologist with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, a Master of Public Health, and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology (ABD—All But Dissertation). Her research expertise includes health equity, social determinants of health, and the epidemiology of infectious and chronic diseases. She has extensive experience in data management, data analysis, and data visualization, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has contributed to numerous health research projects, including oral cancer clinical trials, studies on substance use (tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and addiction), and mental health research. By integrating clinical, public health, and data-driven approaches, she strives to advance evidence-based interventions and address health disparities to improve population health outcomes. Kinjal manages the Journal and also contributes articles to it and our other publications.
Hayden Howard, Director of Book Promotion

Hayden Howard is a disability advocate and an Ambassador for the Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA), where she does extensive outreach and public awareness education. She is also a very talented social media manager and has worked with real estate investment groups and other businesses. Hayden tells her friends and associates that she is adventurous, passionate about traveling, and loves picking up random facts along the way. She has a goldendoodle named Bear and enjoys spending her time watching podcasts. With an extensive background in public relations and outreach, Hayden is responsible for promoting our books and other publications and scheduling media interviews and other events for our authors.
